And across Europe, and even NI:

Violence breaks out at Brussels anti-vaccine protest in Europe’s latest day of rage: Fury over rules banning unjabbed from bars sparks clashes hours after Germany revealed COMPULSORY vaccinations are ‘unavoidable’

  Nearly 40,000 protesters descended on Belgium’s capital Brussels in a revolt against anti-Covid measures
  The riot left three police officers injured and one demonstrator hurt after a firework exploded in his hand
  Germany is set to follow Austria’s example in making vaccinations compulsory amid fourth wave of pandemic
  France is also facing worrying number of cases, with fifth-wave Covid infections rising at an alarming rate
  Violence erupted in Vienna as 10,000 protesters took to the streets after new lockdown was announced
  Dutch protesters also gathered in Amsterdam, The Hague and Breda to demonstrate against measures
  The Netherlands entered a partial lockdown on Saturday, sparking a furious backlash against the government
  Austria on Friday reimposed a full winter lockdown and neighbouring Germany warned it may soon follow suit

Lozza on Net Zero

It waits to be seen whether whether Laurence Fox and Richard Tice can agree on enough to make a single offer to the electorate at the next General Election.  But to judge from this excellent offering about the cost and destructive consequences of Net Zero, Fox’s Reclaim Party are making a more professional fist of things in the meantime.

The righteousness of the few

Christine Anderson, German MEP and AfD member, making a speech last Tuesday burning with righteous indignation at the European Parliament’s plan to impose a digital green pass to gain access to its buildings.  The pass comes into effect on Wednesday 3rd November.  Just five other MEPs protested with her.

Text:

It is not the goal that renders the system oppressive; it is always the methods by which the goal is pursued.

Whenever a government claims to have the people’s interest at heart, you need to think again.

In the entire history of mankind, there has never been a political elite sincerely concerned about the well-being of regular people. What makes any of us think that it is different now?

If the Age of Enlightenment has brought forth anything, it is certainly this: Never take anything any government tells you at face value. Always question everything any government does or does not do. Always look for ulterior motives and always ask: Cui bono? Who benefits?

Whenever a political elite pushes an agenda this hard, and resort to extortion and manipulation to get their way, you can almost always be sure your benefit is definitely not what they have at heart.

As far as I am concerned, I will not be vaccinated with anything that has not been properly vetted and tested, and has shown no sound scientific evidence that the benefits outweigh the disease itself and possible long-term side effects, which to this day we don’t know anything about.

I will not be reduced to a mere guinea pig by getting vaccinated with an experimental drug. And I will most assuredly not get vaccinated because my government tells me to, and promises in return I will be granted freedom.

Let’s be clear about one thing: no one “grants” me freedom, for I am a free person.

So I dare the European Commission and the German government: Throw me in jail, lock me up and throw away the key, for all I care. But you will never be able to coerce me into being vaccinated if I, the free citizen, choose not to be vaccinated.

MK funeral director rings the vax alarm bells

Funeral director in Milton Keynes speaking to the The Crowhouse, and speaking from knowledge and from a noble heart:

Classic professors brawling with antifa.  Good ole boys teaching Ovid.

Couple of fun stories from the DT.

Those good old boys in JD Hogg’s county done gone an’ painted Portland.

Protests by rival far-right and left-wing groups in Portland descended into violence on Sunday, as the opposing sides engaged in clashes and at least one man was arrested for firing a gun at demonstrators.

Nobody was hurt in an exchange of gunfire - and by Sunday evening there was no word on any injuries in numerous other skirmishes that saw opposing sides brawling, dousing each other in what appeared to be bear spray and breaking car windows of rivals.

Police Chief Chuck Lovell said during a briefing on Friday that officers would not necessarily intervene to break up fights between the groups.

...  while among the effete and guilt-ridden of Cambridge (not the one in MA):

The exciting, go-ahead Classics Department is responding to an earlier call from the Chair of the Classics Faculty Board for “public acknowledgement of the problems of racism within Classics and the need for active anti-racist work within our discipline.”

Cambridge University’s archaeology museum is to add signs to explain the “whiteness” of sculpture plaster casts, as part of the Classics Faculty’s new anti-racist strategy.

Plaster casts of Roman and Greek sculptures that are on display at Cambridge University’s Museum of Classical Archeology, as well as around lecture rooms, give a “misleading impression” of the whiteness and “absence of diversity” of the ancient world.

... The new information panels about the “whiteness” of plaster cast sculptures are due to go on display later this year, according to the faculty.

How much harm could it do for the department’s dons to be maced and getting shot at in Portland, and the Proud Boys to be running Classics at Cambridge?
I mean, really ...

Lithuania - is this what awaits us all?

Posted by Guessedworker on Tuesday, 10 August 2021 10:06.

An important article has been posted at TCW by a London-based Lithuanian activist, Emilia Mituziene.  Lithuania is now the cockpit for the security solution, as Israel is for the mRNA experiment.

I AM writing to raise awareness about the deeply disturbing political and social situation right now in Lithuania, and I firmly believe that the 50 per cent of Lithuanian citizens who have declined Covid-19 vaccination, and even a large number of those who have been vaccinated, support me in this call for the attention of international communities. There has been nothing published in mainstream media outside our country.

Today, August 10, the Lithuanian government is due to review and accept the following amendments of state legislations denying non-vaccinated people, including school age children, access to:

– public transport;

– primary and secondary care medical institutions;

– any trade and service where the human contact is longer than 15 minutes;

– libraries, museums, concerts, theatres;

– schools and universities;

– shops with an area larger than 1,500 sq m.

The state’s statutory sick leave will be waived for those who do not take the vaccine.

The principal officers and staff at the Lithuanian Parliament who are non-vaccinated or oppose the aforementioned changes had their Parliament entry ID cards deactivated on Friday (August 6) so will not be allowed to attend. Will the opposing MPs be next?

A Lithuanian MEP is openly running hate speech against non-vaccinated people – advising the public to stop all the contacts with those without inoculation, including family members. The expression ‘unnecessary ballast to society’ is being used by the director of the Employment Service Institution. The segregation of people, friends and even families has started in a country of only three million.

Military forces of Lithuania are due to receive enhanced powers, including takeover the property of the businesses and individuals.

Jews get their aggressive monument in Westminster

Posted by Guessedworker on Thursday, 29 July 2021 22:31.

A monument to the race-betrayal and general malignancy of the Westminster political class. A monument to the betrayal of every native British child forced to “learn” self-hatred in that ugly cell in place of being inspired by the many deeds of greatness of the wartime generation.

From the Telegraph:

A national Holocaust memorial will be built next to Parliament after ministers overrode local opposition to approve the project.

Chris Pincher, the housing minister, signed off on the £100 million proposal on Thursday to build the Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre, which will be located in Victoria Tower Gardens, Westminster.

... The decision overturned a previous ruling by Westminster Council, which last year decided to reject the plans in the face of local opposition and claims that it contravened planning rules on size, design and location.

While the plan for a national memorial was first set in motion by David Cameron in 2013, the location has been criticised by some groups, including Historic England, on the grounds there are believed to be important archaeological remains located at the site.

The fiercest opposition has come from the local resident group Save Victoria Tower Gardens (SVTC), which claims that the open space in the area should be protected as a local amenity.

The slippery and sleek, Israel-mad ministerial figure of Robert Jenrick oversaw the decision, formally taken by the Housing Minister Chris Pincher.  One is married to a Jewish lawyer and is raising his children as Jews.  The other one seems to be what used to be called a confirmed bachelor.  There doesn’t seem to be anyone anywhere in the political class who is remotely interested in doing the right thing by us and, in this case, throwing out this aggressive proposal.  The tax-payer will now foot the bill for three-quarters of the cost.
